This will be the 5th edition of Eco-friendly, non-alcoholic, new year celebration.
Itineraries
Day 1
Time : 6:45 pm
Departure
Departure from J M Road Pune
Time : 8:30 pm
Reporting at Camp Hideout
06:45 pm: Departure from J M Road Pune
Reach campsite. Have dinner. The celebration starts followed by a campfire, dance, and music. Welcome the new year with cake cutting/lantern flying.
Night at leisure.
Day 2
Time : 7:30 am
Nature trail & tree plantation
Wake up call. Nature trail & tree plantation. Have breakfast and depart to Pune
Time : 11:30 am
Arrival (+/-30 minutes)
Reach Pune.
- Transport in non AC private bus Pune – Pune
- Accommodation in comfortable tents on twin/triple sharing basis
- Foam mats in tents
- Dinner
- Breakfast
- Music & campfire
- Fun games
- Clean and hygienic washrooms
- All taxes and service charges
- Food ordered other than mentioned meals in Itinerary
- Personal Expenses like Soft Drinks, Mineral water, Tips etc
- Any kind of Insurance, Medical or/and Emergency Charges
- Anything not covered under the head ‘Cost Includes’
• Blanket / Shawl /Sleeping bag/Alternative.
• Torch (1 per person, mandatory).
• Mosquitoes repellent (just in case).
• Toiletries.
• Towel /Napkins.
• Winter clothes (it gets cold during the night)
• Bed sheet (just in case, we will be providing foam mats in the tent.)
• Extra clothes as needed
